Dear Colleague,

Thanks for your msge  all educational institutions was lack down , by the Government  in an attempt to contain the spread of the virus , here Somalia  a all educational institution both  Government and private  was closed for two weeks  and  it was  extend for another one month. The closure  of the  educational institution has  huge financial impact  to the Somali teacher which  mainly rely on private school,  and owners of this private schools are not going to pay the salaries of the teachers if  lock down is continues as they argue  they  depend up on  the dues paid by the parents

SNUT has tried to have a meeting with educational stake holders and discuss with that issue specially an umbrella which unites owners of privet schools but not yet succeed
